Booking Precautions

1. Reservation Requirements  Please note that we require a full name (first and last name) and a valid contact number to make appointments. This information is necessary to confirm your reservation.
2. Confirmation Email  After requesting an appointment, please make sure to check your email for a confirmation message. This email will serve as proof of your scheduled reservation.
3. Rescheduling Policy  Double booking is not possible at our grooming shop. If you wish to reschedule your appointment, kindly cancel your existing reservation before booking for another day. This helps us maintain an organized schedule for all our customers.
4. Safety Concerns To prioritize the safety of both our groomers and the dogs in our care, we regretfully cannot groom aggressive dogs. Also, please understand that hyper. injured, or elderly dogs that cannot stand independently are included. We appreciate your understanding in this matter and recommend seeking specialized training or behavior modification programs to address any aggression issues your dog may have.

5. Services Update  We no longer provide A La Carte services. Our grooming packages are designed to offer comprehensive care for your furry friends.

 

 

Dear Senior dog owner

We wanted to inform you that, for the safety of your furry friend, we are currently unable to proceed with grooming if your dog is displaying any of the following symptoms:

1. Persistent coughing or difficulty in breathing.
2. Excessive shaking or discomfort specifically around the face.
3. Inability to remain calm or constantly moving in place.
4. Exhibiting signs of distress or vocalizing during the drying process.
 

To ensure the best care for your senior dog, we kindly recommend considering grooming services at a pet hospital. Their professional staff and specialized environment can provide the necessary attention and support.
