Late Arrivals

Your appointment will be automatically cancelled, after 15 minutes from your appoint time. Please being on time. Help us serve all guest well.

Cancellations

Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you and your furry friend. If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to a penalty charge of $35.

NO-SHOWS

If you don't show up for your appointment, it will be considered a cancellation. Unfortunately, you cannot be able to reschedule.
